I have been on hold right now for 30 minutes waiting to speak to a rep about a dog I found. We took her to a vet to get scanned and the vets office called 24 petwatch first as a courtesy. After being on hold for 10 minutes they had to hang up and give me the info. I'd like to find the owners but I'm stuck!!

Don't waste your time signing up for the free trial period. In my opinion they only want to get your billing details in the hope that you forget to cancel before the end of the trial period so that they can bill you for the annual fee. All 3 claims I submitted were denied claiming "waiting period".

Cancelled me for non payment after I entered my cc card 2 times. Spoke with reps prior during my dogs surgery process and noone said anything. Get a letter today dated March 27 and call. Say there is only 3 day grace period. Complete BS. And called my credit card amd they say I have not had any declines inthe past two months. Funny its after I file a surgery claim.

We adopted a dog from one of our local SPCAs. We filled out the paperwork to have his ownership transferred in May. Not having heard from them in over a month, I called them. They are moneygrubbing, rude and if he didn't already have the microchip, I would have gone with the company that our last dog was with.
