As a veterinarian, I would NEVER recommend that one of my clients get a microchip that REQUIRES membership payment in order to update information. That should be a given.

If you are planning to microchip your pet (which is a great idea, by the way) do some research first and make sure it is a company that will always allow you to update info as needed, and won't require payment in order to do so.

This is NOT in the best interest of the pet, and no microchip company should be so greedy. I have no experience with their insurance, but their microchip practices would make me strongly question their ability to provide any caring service.

I had tried to purchase Lifetime Membership with 24 Pet Watch for Other Pet, messed it up and charged my Credit Card several times and said have to have Finance correct it. Which never did.

Also have to have the Charges Drop off. Keep trying to sell you tags don't do the service go some were else. Customer Service can never help you when you call.

A Manager is never there and will never call you back. The Insurance end is good, but not the 24 Hour Lost Area.

they were supposed to send a tag for the microchip 3 mos ago, after they said it would be 4-6 weeks
